Tricia's background in commercial art and graphic design continues to have
an influence on her stair building. Her formal education led her into the field of
accounting which has remained an invaluable experience. Coupling her art and accounting backgrounds has allowed Grahame Construction to combine
quality design at an affordable price.

This has formed the foundation of creating distinctive
and unusual staircases that meld into the home’s surroundings while still fitting
their client's budget.

Tricia was a REALTOR for almost ten years, during which time she became a
real estate Broker, served multiple terms as a Director for the Seacoast
Board of REALTORs and chaired several committees, including education and
community service. She also mentored new real estate agents, teaching code of
ethics - a personal favorite - and other courses sponsored by the agency.
She was also the recipient of the prestigious
President’s Award for her service within the real estate community.
