Having spent the past seventeen years in the new construction and remodeling business, Tricia has practical, hands-on experience in many different phases of construction. From framing to finishing, sub-contracting to general contracting ~
Tricia actually swings a hammer and is involved in each project.

Tricia serves as the Vice President /Secretary of the GMHBA.
She represents GMHBA at the HBRANH Board meetings as a State Director
and at NAHB Board meetings as a National Director.

Within HBRANH, she is a member of the Remodelers Council, Women’s Council, Legislative, Finance, and Home Show Committees.  Tricia is a Trustee for NH
Build-PAC and co-developed and Chairs the Certified New Hampshire Builder
(CNHB) Program - a voluntary licensing program for builders and remodelers
throughout New Hampshire. You will often find her in Concord at the State House testifying on bills affecting the housing industry alongside her fellow
HBRANH members.

Tricia was recently honored at the HBRANH’s Annual Cornerstone Awards with the distinction of 2007’s Builder of the Year.  This honor represents a builder
member’s commitment to and involvement with the Association.  Tricia feels that
one gets out of membership what one puts in.  This same theory is applicable to Grahame Construction and their stair building.
